As of November 2005, Howard Piltch of Andover, MA is a Platinum Life Master, and holds the second most masterpoints in New England. Note his humorous tee shirt. Howard is a former district director. He was President of the ACBL in 1997, and was successful in organizing Boston's 1999 Fall Nationals.
