Doug Doub of West Hartford, CT is a Grand Life Master. Doug won the Board-A-Match teams at the 1997 Fall Nationals in St. Louis, playing with John Regstorff, Jim Krekorian, and Bob Blanchard. Doug also won the North American Open Pairs at the 2001 Spring Nationals in Kansas City playing with Frank Merblum. At the 2002 Fall Nationals in Phoenix, Doug won the Reisinger Teams. His teamates were Adam Wildavsky, Dan Morse, Bobby Wolff, Steve Landen, and Pratap Rajadhyaksha. The same six-man team then won the 2003 Team Trials, and that Fall took the Bronze Medal at the Bermuda Bowl in Monaco.
